Develop a refreshed, mobile-responsive website for an established Western Sydney Home Builder that directly links to market-leading real estate websites for real-time house and land package sales.
Our primary focus was to improve the overall customer journey when shopping for house and land packages online. With a multitude of home builders in this space, it was clear Firststyle Homes needed to stand out from their competitors. We needed to understand home buyers pain points, and how to minimise friction when shopping for a new home in the online space.
An initial brand positioning strategy was developed by IMA for Firstyle Homes before the website was developed to ensure the personality of the site was also met. This allowed positioning of ‘Trust’ to flow through the many layers of the site to promote a greater comfort level in dealing with Firstyle. The easier we could make the selection decisions in the design, the greater the enquiry process and levels of trust for the buyer.
Site visits, enquiries and conversions have been consistently up from launch. Having a customised website design with an editable CMS has made it easy for Firstyle Homes to manage and update their site in-house, allowing them to stay relevant as home designs and house and land packages change and sell quickly.
